Lauren is from Peekskill, NY and has been dancing since the young age of 3 years old. She has been a competitive dancer since age 7 and has trained in all styles of dance including Ballet, Lyrical, Jazz, Hip Hop, Pom, Musical Theatre and Tap.
Lauren just graduated from St. Joseph's University where she was on the Division 1 Dance Team for all four years of her college career. Lauren and her team competed at the UDA College Nationals in Orlando, FL for 3 seasons in Hip Hop and Pom where they placed in the Top 5 each year. Lauren was also the Team Captain for the 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 seasons.
Lauren is a powerhouse dancer and seasoned performer who will be bringing her talent and knowledge to her students. She is looking forward to teaching and choreographing!
